Our story
Built in Letlhakane
IMS Africa — Nhoro Holdings t/a Innovative Mechanical Systems Africa— was founded in Letlhakane to serve the mines and quarries of Botswana with intelligent crushing and screening equipment, spares and hands-on technical service. For years these services came from across the border; we brought them home, creating local employment and adding value directly to our clients’ profitability.
Today IMS Africa is three divisions with one mission. We supply crushers, vibrating screens, screen media, Cla-Val control valves and NitraLife nitrogen generators. We maintain and repair them with our own fitters. And we build the software that keeps them running — Uptima for equipment uptime, PowerWise for energy.
That last division exists because of the first two. Years of servicing this equipment taught us exactly how it fails, and what an operator actually needs to know before it does. Our platforms are that knowledge, written down in software.
